What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?

Hi! I am planning on trying to see my doctor on Friday, but have some questions regarding if I am needing to push it up. I am prone to kidney stones, and also have been told cyst on my kidney as well. Over the last week i have had right lower back pain, today noticing more need to urinate, little bit of pressure being felt in that area as well, and now constant lower back pain at base of spine and moved over the top of right buttock. Am i ok to wait a few more days until i have my day off from work?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a urinary tract infection. I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam, a urine analysis and an abdominal ultrasound. Antibiotics may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
