What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?

I ve been having pain starting below my waist in my back on the right side with the pain traveling around to the groan and down the top side of my leg to my chin. Local neurosurgeons and orthopedic doctors have not been able to diagnosis the problem. I have had a CAT and MRI. Do you have a suggestion for what could be causing the severe pain. This has been going on since April 4. Thank you

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* As per my clinical experience, this sounds to be nerve compression related issue over the lumbosacral spinal level.
* Still better insight can be considered once all reports are conveyed in follow up session.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
