What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?

i have burning pain on my belt line. mostly on right side and lower right of back. it also is present on my left side but not as bad. I had an mri on my spine and lower back and both came back normal. Its definitely nerve related as it is extremely sensitive to the touch. Do you have any idea what this is?
