What Causes Pain In The Lower Back Radiating To The Hips?
I have low back pain radiating into my hips. I put ice on it about 4 hours ago for a 30 minute time. I noticed about 1.5 hours ago large red splotches on my back where the ice was. The splotches are still there, no itching but have not reduced in size. I am not allergic to cold.
