What Causes Pain In The Lower Back Radiating To The Shoulders?

I am experiencing wired pain - it starts in lower back and spread up to the sholders, it feels like a cage wraps around my back with million pins and niddles. It is difficult to move and breath, and swallow. its painful, and also it accompains with burning pain in the corner of right jaw. It lasts for minutes, sometimes 5 min, somethimes longer. I am wondering is those as simptoms of MS hug

Hello,

I think you should go to ER. We should rule out possible cardiovascular attack. Then, should check gallbladder, liver and pancreas, so the internal organs in general. You need to undergo a various diagnostic tests.


If they are ok, and no cardiovascular event, then, we might conclude spinal cord is the culprit of the problems. MRI of spine should be carried out in that case.
