What Causes Pain In The Lower Back While Suffering From Kidney Infections?

Ive had kidney infections before so bad i would have to get my mom to get a hot compress to pry my eyes open but currently my lower back is killing me constant ache mostly right side and then perodically this ache where my clit or urine would come out and i have to pee frequently and i feel like i need to pee more sometimes but cant then sometimes ill feel like im ok but then for u know it i feel like i have to pee again and i feel irritated at times down there just where ur clit is where ur pee would come out and sometimes it will jump like i need to pee more but cant feels uncomfortable and back pain is aweful it started wed. Gotten worse i tried to get my doc to test me for a kidney infection but it was 4 something by the time she was done with me and had other patients so she over looked it and i think i threw so much at her in first visit she mightve thought i was a hypercondriact im wondering if i should go to emergency room or go to work for 10 hours and call the doc and see if i can get seen but i get off at 4 she gets off at 5 and prolly a $20 co-pay but i can swing it if needed just dont think the doc will have time or just drink cran-apple by the jugg and water and take pain medicine like ibroprophen and azo pluss for bacteria vaginosis and yeast infections but my sister thinks its a urinary track infection what to do what to do?
