After some warm up exercise the I feel relief. I consult a doctor who advice me to take Nucoxia MR and Lumbar belt. After taking the tablet I do feel relief while sleeping but the pain is there when I missed the tablet. what can be the cause of the pain. Please advice whether I have to continue the Nucoxia MR or there is long run solution. Thank you Ng Chandrasekhar

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Weclone to healthcaremagic. After going through your query I come to know that you may be having ankylosing spondylitis or other seronegetive spinal affection as you have pain on rest. You should investigate for it.Till then you can continue with analgesic you already taking. You should always be active as rest is contraindicated in these diseases.Back exercise are useful.Hope I have answered your question. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us, I will be happy to answer your questions. Wishing you good health. Take care.
