What Causes Pain In The Lower Back?

hi its been a couple of week i started having back pain. its like lower back pain for few days and then neck started paining. nw i dont know can be because of this my immune is weakening and now from yesterday i started to get fever at evening and also today. i worried. please would you help me out with this. Thank you.

Probably you are suffering from viral infection take plenty of fluids non steroidal anti inflammatory drug for pain like brufen if pain persist consult orthopaedic surgeon he may advised CTscan / MRI spine.
