Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have muscular strain as per history..

There might also be possibility of ligament tear, tendon affection, disc injury etc

For strain ibuprofen 200 mg can be taken for 5 days

Muscle relaxant can be prescribed

Avoid heavy weight lifting

Take rest for few days

Avoid prolonged standing, sitting, bending

If needed physiotherapy can be beneficial

Investigate with x ray spine for initial work up

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult orthopedic surgeon for examination
