What Causes Pain In The Lower Back?

Hello sir, I am suffering from lower back pain for past three months. And my mri reports shows seronegative spondylitisarthopathy .my esr level is also high. My rhemoutologist prescribed for saaz 500 mg daily 3 doses.sir please suggest is it correct diagnosis.

yes.your Dr prescribed appropriate medication..you just need to follow up regularly and do some lab tests at regular intervals....rest depends on ur reports,,if any drugs can be added or not..thus follow us
