What Causes Pain In The Lower Back,scrotum And Pelvic Area?
Woke with lower back pain on Tuesday. Thought it was a pulled muscle. Got progressively worse and pain has spread to scrotum and pelvic area. Painful to bend or twist at the waist. No discomfort or pain when I urinate. Have a doctor appointment scheduled for Monday

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the suspected muscular spasm the it can be give try with Tab Chlorzoxazone till you consult the doctor, it may not be muscular pain as long as the differential diagnosis is concern, hope this information helps.
