What Causes Pain In The Lower End Of The Penis?

Hello,
I was rubbing my husband's penis today and squeezed the base of his shaft a bit too hard. I squeezed the underneath and he felt a sharp pain. He has been saying something is wrong with it as he is experiencing pain and discomfort. What kind of injury or damage could I have done? Please help.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Tip of penis is a very sensitive part. The pain he is experiencing is most likely due to irritation caused by your hard pressing. In such case for my patients i advise ice water or ice application. The pain is usually short lived. But if he is having any edema or painful urination then you should approach your doctor.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
