What Causes Pain In The Lower Jaw And Palpitations?

Yesterday I went to the gym and cycled for an hour, during that time I experienced pain in my lower jaw and seen a heart rate of 176bpm. I slowed to decrease bpm but now almost 6hrs later have a resting heart rate of around 90-125. When should I seek medical attention, I should also mention that I had two beers with dinner and took an over the counter weight loss supplement much earlier yesterday and it s my first day training in high altitude.
