What Causes Pain In The Lower Left Abdomen And Bloating?
Hi. My name is Jordan. I am a 19 year old male and As of the last 3 weeks or so I have been experiencing pain in the lower left abdomen (iliac region). The pain is accompanied by bloating, frequent passing of gas, cramps, and bowel changes. I have also been experiencing dull and achy pains in my lower back. I have been mentally foggy, overly tired and have gained weight for no apparent reason. Is this something that requires a physical exam?

The symptoms seem to be related to bloating due to indigestion.
I suggest doing a stool test and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.
I suggest using simethicone medication such as Gas X.
I also suggest taking daily probiotics.
