What Causes Pain In The Lower Left Abdomen?
My brother has a pain in his lower left abdomen and it feels warm to the touch of his skin. He says he keeps feeling like he needs to go to the bathroom, and he has, but not as much as he usually does. His diabetes medication makes him have very runny bowels most everyday, so this is abnormal.

Pain in lower left abdomen can be related to many medical conditions. I recommend to do an abdominal ultrasound and a stool test for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest using a spasmolytic such as Buscopan three times a day.
