What Causes Pain In The Lower Left Leg?
Hello, I am having a problem with my left foot and lower leg. Two days ago I stepped wrong while carrying some things into my house, and it felt like a crunch on top of my foot. It started out a little sore. Now today, as the day goes on, it is more tender and the back of my calf hurts when I walk. Is it possible that I cracked something?

in my opinion u need to undergo a xray of foot
there might be a ligament tear or in soft tissue injury
take some painkiller for now and get it check by orthopaedics
