General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the pain is related to muscular strain, especially because it is affected by certain positions or movements and even with breathing.
I would advise you to take ibuprofen 800 mg every 6-8 hours after food and use local cold compresses.

If you notice no improvement in 3-4 days or you notice any worsening or new symptoms you will need to see your doctor.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,

Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
