What Causes Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen Radiating Across The Pelvic Region?

I have pain in my lower right side of my abdomen it radiates across my pelvic area. It comes on very sharp and makes it hurt to walk. It last for days. This is my second time that it has happened. My last period was not normal very short and light in color compared to the normal heavy flow I usually have. What is wrong with me? Plz help

Consult a general surgeon and get an ultrasound scan done.

It might be due to calculi or stones somewhere in your urinary tract.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Diclofenac for pain relief.
