What Causes Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen?
I have abdominal pain in lower right abdomen. I went to the er a week ago and they diag. gastritis ,had all the blood test was tested for appendiscitis gall stones and kidney stones every thing came up negative. they gave me dicilomine but not helping still have the pain and now myright side seems distended.

Right lower quadrant pain can be cause from ectopic pregnancy, appendicitis, IBD, UTI, right ovary and fallopian tube problem.
