What Causes Pain In The Mid Abdomen With Dizziness And Blood In Stools?

hello i have been having pain in my mid abdomen, lower back,gassey, dizzy, and i have had loose bright red bloody stools i also have a sharp pain im my left breast? should i be concerned i have had hemroids in the past and i wonder if thats why i am having the bloody stools now. i am js very worried.

HI. It looks that the enteritis has caused to get your hemorrhoids re-activated and so the bright red bleeding.
Other symptoms of breast pain may not be related to this.
You need a course of an antibiotic and supportive medicines and also a clinical examination by a Surgeon to see the grades of piles and need of surgery if be.
