What Causes Pain In The Mid Back And Tightness Below The Shoulder Blade?
i have been getting pain in the middle of my back that seems to be on both sides of center. Doesn t hurt when Oi take deep breaths but when I cough and move my arms in certain ways and also feels tight just below my shoulder blades. When I move both arms back to squeeze my shoulders it hurts more is this muscle pain

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms given here could be muscular pain and nothing could be else, second it could be due to spinal disk disease and to confirm this you have to get done the CT scan of spine, till then Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day can be tried, hope this information helps.
