What Causes Pain In The Middle Back?
hi im 25 years old and ive been having pain in my center back, feels like in my spine and its worst during the night and sometimes during the day when i have a tension in the spine i tighten that spot in the spine and it pops this has been going on for about 10 to 12 months now any recomendations

Most probably it is due to spine related conditions like a prolapsed disc or nerve impingement.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
