Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having increasing back pain..

The history regarding abdominal causes has to be searched for as pancreatic, gastric lesions can lead referred back pain.. USG done If needed...

Back pain can be as a result of excess fat means obesity also...

So loose weight if obese

Spinal problem like spondylitis can lead chronic back pain... IF needed MRI like higher investigation done for that

According to cause treatment done

Happy to help you further

Take care

Consult physician for examination
