What Causes Pain In The Neck Spreading Towards Head During Bowel Movement?

I have just been for a BM and my head started to hurt. I didn t strain and the BM was loose. It started at the back of the neck and went up to the top of my head. I have never felt such pain. It lasted about 5 minutes and now I have a headache on the left side, head, forehead, ear... I actually thought I was going to die.

Your query is appreciated, it is all the muscular pain could be attack of fibromyalgia and it may not be directly due to defecation but of course it may happen when some force being exerted at the time of defecation because cause the muscular starching and it may be painful, if it is the spasm condition then you will have to try muscular relaxant like Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen orally, else the condition may not be serious one if this is just happens once and at the time of defecation, hope this information and advise helps.
