General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You need to meet a physician and get evaluated. I suppose you have gained weight. You are in the perimenopausal period. Get your thyroid profile, Vitamin b12, serum calcium and Vitamin D level done.

These will show your health status at present and meet the physician. Regular exercises and weight reduction may be required. Your finger problem can be solved once the blood reports come and based on it medications can be given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nataraj Naidu R, General Surgeon
