What Causes Pain In The Nipples While On Citalopram?

Hi, I am taking 20mg of Citalopram for over two weeks now. I ve had some side effects of them and some of them still continue. But I have noticed a strong pain of my nipples. I wanted to know if it can be a possible side effect of my meds? Thank you for your answer in advance.

Thanks for the query. I undrrstand your concern.
Citalopram is an anti depressive drug.It acts by reactivating serotonin uptake.
Sowith the drug serotonin activities like mood,emotions increased....
Probably stimulation of emotions you have ( likesexual arousal/love for youe young one.... can make nipples sore&sometimes erect too.
