What Causes Pain In The Nose And Puffy Eyes Along With Chest Congestion?

i suffer from sinusitus which seems to have worsened after a concussion from an assault. however this happened 7-8 yrs ago. currently i have extreme pain in my nose around the septum i can feel a separation at the tip. my eyes are puffy and painful, i have lung congestion now for some time and all over sore achy muscles.

Hello,

It could be a part of simple rhinitis. You can take Acetaminophen for symptomatic relief.

Do steam inhalation and instil saline nasal drops also.

Generally, the symptoms will settle in a couple of days. If symptoms persist better to consult a general practitioner and get evaluated.
