Hello,

Pain in the abdomen may be due to many causes but endometriosis pain may come in once a month stay for 5-6 day's and recover. It may be possible that some of the endometrial tissue may live on omentum.

Other possibilities like ureteric pain or pain of the colon etc. Use tablet meftal spas twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
