General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are many medical conditions that can cause bleeding and pain in the pelvic area.

I suggest doing an abdominal ultrasound, a urinalysis, and a gynecological examination for further evaluation.

Meanwhile, she can use anti-inflammatory medication for the pain such as Ibuprofen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
