Hi, over the past week I have been having a lot of pain in my pelvis area. It feels like pressure and feels a bit full which I find weird but I am also in a lot of pain, sharp pain that only lasts seconds at a time but still nonetheless pain. I also have been having this vaginal oder for the past couple months or so but I have been able to keep it under control I suppose but nonetheless it is still there. I also have had this constant discharge for the past couple months but I thought maybe I was just ovulating a lot or something. Also I have an IUD and I thought maybe that could be causing the issues but my obgyn said it wasn t. I just want to know if something is wrong and if there is how to fix it. So if you could help that would be great but if you can t that s ok I guess.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
