What Causes Pain In The Pelvis And Lower Back?

I was diagnosed with a large hematoma to my left lower abs. about 10 days ago. Now my left side is better but i have pain on the tip of my pelvic, lower back and down my leg to my toes. i also am very nauseated and the pain is jetting up into my left upper abs

The diagnosed hematoma can be the cause of your pain.

I suggest the following examinations:
-A complete blood count
-An ultrasound
-A urinalysis to confirm the cause of your symptoms and get proper treatment.
