Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I ejaculated this morning at around 12:30 and left at 2:30 to go outside but after around 10 minutes (2:40 ish) my penis started to hurt as if i had urine stuck inside of it but no matter how hard i try the pee wont come out, it is very painful and it burns even now at 3:50. I am 19 years old and have not had sex.
You can have acute urinary tract infection. I suggest you get immediately investigated with urine routine microscopic examination for primary work up.
If urine shows pus cells and bacteria than you should be given a broad spectrum antibiotic course like cefixime. Before that submit urine for culture as well.
Cranberry juice extract tablet also should be given for seven days. It's advisable to take potassium citrate containing syrup as well.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
