General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Injury to genital organs after sex may cause pain. Sometimes, rough sex may even cause vaginal tear in which you'll have pain, bleeding.

A minor injury will heal by itself after few days. A persistent pain is may be due to an infected wound also.

I suggest you to consult a OB/Gyn doctor if your pain doesn't come down.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other queries, feel free to ask.

Regards,
Dr Prathap kumar
