What Causes Pain In The Place Of Ligament Surgery When Exposed To Cold Climate?

Hi Sir, First of all sorry for my bad English. Hope you guys understand what i mean. I had a ligment injury one year ago and the surgery was done exactly one year ago. Now the issue is that, when I move to a place where there is low temparature (Hill tops) I feel something bad where the surgery done. Some sort of pain at that position. Is there any way to escape from this pain? Next week I am planning to go a trip to Himalayas where there is snow mountain. Please suggest me a tip.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the muscular disease you have then it is not advisable to go on altitude because it may damage the muscle more due to hypoxia hope this information helps.
