What Causes Pain In The Pubic Bone Area During Menstruation Post Laparoscopy?

Hello, during my periods only I have a horrible pain area right on the right front pubic bone area. It hurts bad enough that you can just feather-like touch that area and it hurts. There is a bump there too from what I can feel. Something small. Just wondering what it may be and why it s only during my period. Had lyperoscopy for endometriosis in feb 2014

Hi, I think the pain during periods is because of endometriosis only. Endometriosis can't be treated completely. There can be some endometriotic spots in the pouch of Douglas. Recurrence is also common. Ovarian cysts can reform and can cause pain. I think if you don't want pregnancy now, you can try hormonal therapy like injection lupride for your pain relief. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope I have answered your question.
