What Causes Pain In The Rectum?
My dad is 69 years old, he is suffering from pain in his rectum. He says it is like a ring around it that burns. It does not itch, only stings. It splits or cracks and is very painful to clean. It hurts him to sit for a long time. Can you please advise on what he can do? Pls help, I don t have a credit card or money.... Please

I think your dad sufferings pain around his anus.
Most probably anal fissure,
does he has constipation ???
Now you can use ,
Lidocaine jelly 2%, around anus .
°Use lactulose , as a laxative if constipation.
If not improve , consult with an surgeon for check up and proper diagnosis.
