What Causes Pain In The Rib Cage After An Injury On The Forearm?

I have a fall last Friday landed on my forearm couldn t catch myself with my hand quick enough and Monday morning I woke up and my rib cage was hurting and it s progressively started hurting worse and worse each day now today it has gotten to where I can t even hardly move my right arm what would be the cause of that

Hello,

You are having a muscle strain problem and so it is musculoskeletal pain. For that, you need to prescribed anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen for five days.

Local part X-ray is also advisable to look for any fracture if present. Avoid strenuous activities and take rest.
