Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m having right sided rib pain. I had compression fractures of t9 and t11 about 6.5 years ago and have been having intermittent pain since but it is getting more frequent especially if I stretch my right arm over my head. It sometimes causes my breath to catch.
Thanks for writing to HealthCareMagic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.
With your history first suspect will definitely be the skeletal problems you are having and after that your gall bladder has to be checked too. I would suggest you not to panic contact your doctor regarding this.
Take good rest. Warm compress the painful area. Better consult a physiotherapist too.
I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.
Regards.
