General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to nerve compression syndrome from cervical spondylosis. A physical examination by orthopedician and X ray followed by MRI of cervical spine will be helpful to rule out the condition. Taking muscle relaxants, neurotropic drugs like pregabalin and methylcobalamin as well as physiotherapy will be helpful to clear this. Avoid high pillows and use orthopedic pillow.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
