What Causes Pain In The Right Armpit Radiating To The Right Shoulder Blade?
Hello, I have this sharp shooting pain under my right armpit that goes from my right side Breast/. Under armpit, to my right shoulder blade. Today it started at 330 in constant pain not being able to move without it shooting in pain, lasted till 630 when I took some Tylenol and the pain slowed down a lot, all of a sudden at 9 it s back to where it started with the pain. I ve had this a couple nights ago and then a few times before over the last few months. Is this anything to worry about?
First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.
Based on the history you have shared, it seems to be muscular and needs pectoral muscles which connect upper trunk with limbs if involved may cause such symptoms.
Using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen along with muscle relaxants like tizanidine or orphenadrine may be helpful. Supplements for calcium D3 B12 and folic acid may also be needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin,
