What Causes Pain In The Right Breast?

Hi .. I am a 64 year old very overweight woman with Fibro .. Lately my right breast seems to ache sometimes but I do not feel any lumps or changes ... I know my Fibro causes tenderness in random places .. could this be another location ? I do not smoke and never have .. natural redhead and very fair skin so never been much of a sunbather
