Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Ear pain may be caused by different reasons. You have a history on ear infection so it can be caused by the infection.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-put a warm compress. Placing a warm, moist washcloth over the affected ear may lessen pain.
-Take pain medication. You may use acetaminophen or ibuprofen to relieve pain.
-Consider antibiotics such as augmentine 625 mg for 5 to 7 days
If the pain continue see a doctor.
