What Causes Pain In The Right Hand Veins And How To Reduce The Swelling?
hello doctor my right hand veins are paining and are swollen up and i cannot do any work as i feel very tired as if my hands energy being totally used up please help me . whenever my nerves are swollen up, i use Reparil gel and i feel much better. please may i know the reason behind it. thankyou

Hi there,
Seems you are having superficial thrombophlebitis.
Your swelling and redness can come down with anti inflammatory medicines. Try Tab. Combiflam 1 tab twice daily for 5 days with warm compress as tolerated.
Use topical heparin ointments. Oint. Thrombophob helps .
If with fever use a course of antibiotics.
Tab.Augmentin duo 1gm for 5 days.
