What Causes Pain In The Right Hand?

my right hand hurts at time. It stings so bad, sometimes it has swollen spots at the base of my small and the next finger. Any pressure drives me up the wall. Stinging and burning. If i pull a sheet up, it can set it off. Sometimes it is fine??????

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Stinging intermittent pain is sometimes related neuropathy- nerve related pain. This can occur in a number of different conditions including autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus etc.
Other causes are- low vitamin b12/ folate, diabetes, kidney or liver disease, side effect of medication, trauma, thyroid disease etc.

You should consider going to your doctor for assessment.
I hope this helps.
