General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The constant dull pain in right kidney area is suggestive of calculus or gravels in the kidney or ureter most likely. Though the antibiotics and supportive therapy would help to relieve symptoms to some extent by control or treatment of infection, the root cause evaluation requires an ultrasound of the kidney, ureter and bladder region to visualize the calculus in the system. Depending upon the size of the calculus, type of therapy as laser, flush therapy, PCNL or else can be figured out ahead. Would like to assist further once your report is available if you desire the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
