What Causes Pain In The Right Knee And Lower Back?
I have right knee, hip and lower backpain making it painful to get up from sitting and walking. Two years ago I fell backwards landing on asphalt road surface onto my left backside. Year before I slipped off a second rung step landing sideways. Visited my GP doctor last year . Told me to take pain reliever (Advil) and from previous exray th knee has arthritis. He suggested cortisone shot and perhaps MRI (6-7) month wait. Neither done. What is your professional suggestion for relief without surger? Thank Joe
hello dear , i understood your concern , the injury is 1yr back it is irrelevant. as your xray shows arthritis which is due to wear and tear at joints. so no need to worry. i think i need to know whether there is any pain ,numbness, tingling sensation in foots.
for this take 1 tab aceclofenac when ever you feel 2 tab rantac 150 mg bd 3 better to eat food rich in high calcium diet 4 start on calcium suplement like Tab shelcad hd 5 avoid sternous activities.
if pain is severe meet orthopadecian get mri or ct done to asses degree of arthritis. if arthritis is severe u may need replacement of knee joint wish you good recovery thank you.
