Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Pain In The Right Shoulder And Right Breast?
Hi, I have been experiencing some pain in my right shoulder and down to the right breast. it is a dull pain that sometimes increases but isn t always there. Started a couple days ago. Also I have been running a low grade fever, not a normal appetite, been fatigue also a type 1 diabetic. Not sure if it is worth going in to be seen or not.
As you have pain in right breast, can I come to know whether do you have any lump like swelling in that breast or discharge? Whether do you have any history of trauma or injury to the right shoulder?
You can take tablet Aceclophenac, tablet Omez 20, do Physiotherapy has advised, give rest to shoulder and don't do much movement.
I will suggest you to follow up with detailed history or consult with orthopedician for detailed examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Shyam B. Kale
