What Causes Pain In The Right Shoulder?
I have pain in my right top part of my shoulder x 2 weeks now not better with with Ibuprofin or celebrex. I have tried ice and heat, as well as a massage with no relief. And it hurts more with my arm down beside me vs raised up. What could I have possibly done, orig. thought I slept on it wrong bit pain getting worse.

As the pain is persisting even after taking analgesics and ice compression, we have to suspect ligament or tendon involvement.
You can consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan. As of now, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac along with serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
