Hello, Having right shoulder pain for about 1 month. Probably started with exercise. Seems to abate with exercise but becomes more uncomfortable after certain exercises. Sometimes painful at night. Relief pretty good with ibuprofen. hurts less when upright. Hoping it will resolve with time.
