Hi there My name is kevin I constantly have this dull & annoying pain just under the right side of my ribs I have diverstickilutus I have had ultra sounds Mri scan but this pain comes and goes my results were fine it s very annoying what do you suggest and thank you

Most probably the cause is costochondritis. I would suggest you to take a course of antibiotics. Amoxicillin for 7 days and using NSAIDs like ibuprofen would help you in getting relief from pain.
